Bathroom Remodel
We took an outdated bathroom and added a little modern flair! Aqua colored subway tiles with the White Hexagon added just the right touch!
Epoxy Coating
Everything needs a little TLC to keep! We started by power washing the patio, concrete slab and walkways with a power washer and detergent, when prepped the surface to allow for epoxy application. Lastly, application of Epoxy coating, What a difference it made.
Fireplace Rehab
This Great room was originally built as an entertainment area- the fireplace had a recessed sitting area. In the efforts to update the home, part of the project included updating the fireplace- we filled in the recessed sitting area with concrete- removed the existing drywall on the hearth of the fireplace, added proper backing to install cement board to allow for stone installation. Finishing it up, stone was added from top to bottom- later as part of the project the flooring was continued through-out the whole Great Room.
Enclosed Patio Repair
Our customer utilize their enclosed patio more than most, however, it was in need of some repairs. We removed all of the old siding and existing structure and rebuilt it. The customer decided to go with stucco finish for the exterior of patio and interior siding was installed and both interior and exterior were painted.
Bathroom Remodel
When we got a call regarding this particular bathroom, we knew what our customers wanted- which happened to be a soaking tub. The question was, how were we going to make it happen! This bathroom had a huge walk-in shower, but the placement of the shower in the bathroom didn't allow for much room for changing the layout, So, we decided to condense the shower and all a tub adjacent to the shower.
